Regardless off the origin of the hoist model or trade mark they make services and replace repairs or components when needed. Apart from these kind of casual breakdowns or defects, any time in case of need Bayursan can give scientific and technical reports, Test and Inspection books to the customers or to authorised interested public personels.

Bayursan gives sufficient documents to customers with hoists such as Test and Inspection books, operating instructions, notes, maintenance schedules, general overhaul information according to related EC Directives 98/37/EEC and FEM Rule 9.755.

Bayursan gives 24 mounts of warranty for "CR" Class Royal hoists and 10 years of stock warranty for spare parts.
