KITs

The kit option save customers even more money when doing more of the work. Here they get the end trucks and trolley in parts form-wheels, axles, bearings, gear boxes, motors etc.

Bayursan provide all machined parts, all control panels fully wired, and all purchased components, except common structural steel shapes. You do need experience in simple assembly. This means, customer will need the ability to cut, burn, drill and weld of steel construction.

Bayursan can give the crane in component or in kit option. The component option provides the crane without the structural cross girder(s). In this way customers get completely fabricated, wired, tested and painted crane sub-assemblies-end trucks, trolley, electrification, hoist and controls.

By assembling the crane your self. The customers can utilize their own ability to do some assembly work in order to reduce the cost dramatically. This option will require some basic welding experience, but no need of crane experience.
